This website, getpearlos.com, is operated by Home Care Business GA ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind Pearl OS. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.
This policy covers the marketing website only. The Pearl OS platform itself, where customer agencies manage their own operations, is governed by each customer's written service agreement, including confidentiality and data protection terms appropriate to home care operations.
Information you give us. When you book a demo or sign up, you provide information such as your name, company name, company type, email address, phone number, city and state, the plan and modules you are interested in, the software you use today, and anything you write in the message fields. We collect it only when you choose to submit it.
Payment card information. If you place a card on file during signup, that happens on a page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our website, our email, or our servers. We can see only what Stripe shows us, such as the card brand and last four digits. Stripe's handling of your information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use tracking cookies on this site.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold your demo, set up your Pearl OS portal, quote and provide our services, and communicate with you about Pearl OS. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery for form submissions), and Stripe (payment processing). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We keep inquiry and signup information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you submitted it, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
